Service Description

Somatic Breathwork is an hour-long guided breathing journey that invites you to BE in the present moment. It allows you to create space to de-stress and release undigested emotions while grounding yourself. What to expect: Rhythmic music and verbal guidance while you lay down with your eyes closed and breathe; moving out of your thinking brain and connecting to your body. I invite you to this community session to breathe out what has been suppressed and what is no longer serving you and breathe in space for new possibilities.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our instructing artists, we have certain limitations on refunds that are based on how much advance notice we receive. Please review our policy below. Please note that our Artists are independent contractors and may have a varied policy in place. A deposit for your attendance may be requested at the time of your booking. 1. Due to limited space we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled YOGA/BREATHWORK class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The facilitator has the only right to be flexible here. 2. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of an EVENT/WORKSHOP date, will receive a 100% refund ( - ) any credit card fees that the business may have accrued . Cancellations made within 13 - 7 days will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 7 days -24 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made same day or no show will incur a 100% fee
