Empowerment Coach - Reiki Practitioner -Sound Healing
Hi friends! I am so glad you found me. I am an Empowerment Coach, Usui Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Tibetan Singing Bowl Practitioner, and Sensual Movement and Authentic Expression Alchemist. I teach Yin and Kundalini Yoga, facilitate Sister/Women Circles, and am a Miracle Facilitator of Choose Again Attitudinal Healing based off of A Course in Miracles. A former Collegiate Athlete, Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, I discovered early on the power of motivation and support to achieve dreams. All of my embodied modalities are very powerful, transformative, restorative, and effective systems of healing that revitalizes our bodies and frees one from emotional turmoil, old belief systems, addictive behaviors, and physical disorders that no longer serve us.
My deepest passion lies in helping men and women break free from alcohol, stay free, and be free in their new lives through WHOLE body holistic healing. I have been living a very rewarding, full, and fun alcohol-free life for years. The desire is gone and it’s just not a part of my life! After years of struggling through addictions, anxiety and depression it was apparent that alcohol, my relationship to it and my beliefs around it were the three things keeping me trapped. I have been through the deepest pains with alcohol, and I have made it through to the other side.
Understanding how and why I had made alcohol so important to me and taking my power back as the creator of my life set me out on a mission to reorient my addictive thinking and behaviors. Reiki and other modalities helped me understand that turning to anything but Love was no longer perceived as a viable solution to uncomfortable feelings and challenges. I found a new way of experiencing and responding to life’s problems, old habits, disempowering beliefs and feelings that had once created the overwhelming need to check out. For the first time in my adult life I was truly happy and free and nothing was going to derail me from living the life of my dreams!
This journey and this very intentional spiritual (Love) work is for anyone who wants to look at their life and dare to change, to travel into your personal container of true healing, where you will learn and believe that your life is sacred. My mission and life’s work is to be a voice of light and a healer of the highest order for people who struggle in any capacity. It’s never too late to choose your miracle, let me guide you.
I currently live in an Airstream with the two loves of my life - my fiance and my 9
year old Doberman mix (not necessarily in that order) as a world traveler and seeker of experiences. Today, you will likely find me chasing waterfalls, swimming in the ocean, or sharing the gift of all of my favorite modalities with friends I meet along the way.
