This relaxing holistic experience will bring your whole body, mind and spirit into deep relaxation, coherence and balance, attuning you back into alignment with your authentic self. You will be guided into a comfortable receptive position while soaking up the soothing frequencies of the Crystal Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, Koshi Chimes, Crystal Harp, Crystal Pyramid, Drums, Ratels, Binaural Beats, Reiki Energy, and so much more! Each Journey will be a unique experience full of surprises so you won't want to miss out on a single one. In this Journey we will be working with the WATER ELEMENT and participating in a Water Blessing Ceremony. WATER ELEMENT The west direction is blue and represents the heart at its core, emotions, intuition, spirituality, dreaming and the subconscious. Traditionally a chalice is the magick tool used with this element Symbols are water bowls, chalices, shells and symbols of the heart and spirituality. This element is good to come to when working on issues of the heart, or wanting to expand your intuition and perception. Also remember that this WATER BODY listens to and takes in, whatever you voice aloud. When authentic feelings are spoken and expressed, the WATER BODY becomes more luminous with the acknowledgment of truth. When genuine feelings are covered and when self-judgment or the demand to fit into externally imposed conditions is extreme, the water in our body becomes dull and stagnant which causes it to lose its ability to conduct the informational flow of light energy. In these places of stagnation the energy become stuck and dense and ‘symptoms’ can occur.
