Sharing Circles + Ceremonies

Our Sharing Circles are intentional gatherings rooted in connection, reflection, and collective growth. These include Astrology Circles, Sacred Sisterhood gatherings, Friendship Collectives, and themed Sharing Circles—each uniquely designed to support soulful conversation and heart-centered community.

 

Ceremonies and rituals are often woven in, customizing each experience to reflect the energy of the moment, the season, or the needs of the group. Whether guided by the stars, grounded in sisterhood, or centered around meaningful themes, these circles create space to be seen, heard, and held in sacred belonging.

Workshops/Courses

Our workshop courses offer a guided journey into the heart of the healing arts—inviting you to explore powerful practices like Energy Medicine, Reiki, and Shamanic Reiki, along with transformative teachings in Astrology, ritual work, and intuitive development.

 

Whether you're just beginning your path or seeking to deepen your practice, each course is designed to support personal growth, energetic alignment, and spiritual awakening.

Our Somatic Breathwork sessions are powerful, body-led experiences that guide you into deep states of release, awareness, and renewal. Sacred Crafting

Our Sacred Crafting Workshops are soulful, hands-on experiences that blend creativity with intention and ritual. Each workshop invites you to slow down, tune in, and create meaningful tools or art infused with energy, purpose, and personal symbolism.

 

Whether you're making smudge fans, intention jars, flower crowns, or ceremonial items, these gatherings are a celebration of the sacred in everyday life—offering space for self-expression, spiritual connection, and community.

Our Adaptive and Restorative Yoga classes are gentle, supportive practices designed to meet you exactly where you are—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Whether you're healing, just beginning, or simply seeking stillness, these sessions offer a nurturing space to reconnect with your body and breath.

 

All props are thoughtfully provided—including bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps—to ensure comfort and accessibility throughout your practice. With compassionate guidance, you'll be supported in slowing down, releasing tension, and inviting balance back into your system. These classes are a return to softness, presence, and deep inner restoration.

Sound Healing

At A Touch of Meraki, sound healing is a deeply immersive experience that uses the therapeutic vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other sacred instruments to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit.

Whether you're joining us for a private session, a group sound bath, or booking a custom experience for a private gathering, each session is designed to promote deep relaxation, release energetic blockages, balance the nervous system, and restore inner peace.

We can accommodate private parties in our sacred space or bring the healing to you—offering a beautiful way to celebrate, connect, or simply reset. Let the sound waves carry you inward, where transformation begins.
