We will begin with a sacred opening ceremony, setting intentions and creating a safe, supportive space for your journey. You’ll connect to the divine energy of the rose, a symbol of Love and feminine power, as we explore its heart-opening qualities. Awaken your body with gentle yoga and flow into an exhilarating free dance session, freeing yourself from limitations and embracing joy and movement. After dancing, you’ll transition into a reflective journaling session, channeling the energy of the day into meaningful insights. Guided prompts will help you explore themes of self-love, personal growth, and stepping into your highest self. The experience concludes with a deeply restorative guided meditation, where each participant will receive personalized energy healing to balance and elevate their energy. Held on the sacred Lions Gate portal (8/8) and Full moon energy, a time of amplified transformation and manifestation, this event offers a unique opportunity to connect with your inner power and align with your divine purpose. Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our instructing artists, we have certain limitations on refunds that are based on how much advance notice we receive. Please review our policy below. Please note that our Artists are independent contractors and may have a varied policy in place. A deposit for your attendance may be requested at the time of your booking. If a deposit is not requested, one will be asked of you by facilitator after booking. 1. Due to limited space we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled YOGA/BREATHWORK class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The facilitator has the only right to be flexible here. 2. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of an EVENT/WORKSHOP date, will receive a 100% refund ( - ) any credit card fees that the business may have accrued. Cancellations made within 13 - 7 days will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 7 days -24 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made same day or no show will incur a 100% fee
