As autumn deepens and the year begins its final descent, November invites us into a sacred season of release and transformation. This circle is a time to honor what we are ready to let go of, clear old patterns, and step into our power with renewed clarity. Through fire ritual, somatic breathwork, and forgiveness practices, we’ll create space for deep healing and personal liberation. What’s Included in This Circle Guided somatic breathwork journey with Heidi Fire ritual & forgiveness ceremony with Brooke Seasonal beverage & light snacks Personal journal, crystal, & candle for each participant Reflection practices & group sharing in sacred community Meet Your Facilitators Brooke – Founder of A Touch of Meraki Brooke is a Shamanic Reiki Master Teacher, retreat host, and community leader who holds sacred space through ceremony, sound, and circle. At A Touch of Meraki, she facilitates gatherings including Shamanic Reiki Sound Journeys, Sacred Crafting Circles, and seasonal ceremonies, as well as offering one-on-one healing sessions each Monday and one Saturday a month. Brooke’s gift is weaving beauty, ritual, and energy medicine to support both individual and collective transformation. Heidi – Founder of Restorative Excavation Wellness Heidi is a Ritual Breathwork Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, and retreat & workshop facilitator. Through her work with Restorative Excavation Wellness, she guides others into the wisdom of the body, helping to release stored patterns and access deeper states of healing. Heidi’s presence brings profound safety and empowerment to the process of letting go, allowing participants to reconnect with themselves through breath, ritual, and community.

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our instructing artists, we have certain limitations on refunds that are based on how much advance notice we receive. Please review our policy below. Please note that our Artists are independent contractors and may have a varied policy in place. A deposit for your attendance may be requested at the time of your booking. If a deposit is not requested, one will be asked of you by facilitator after booking. 1. Due to limited space we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled YOGA/BREATHWORK class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The facilitator has the only right to be flexible here. 2. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of an EVENT/WORKSHOP date, will receive a 100% refund ( - ) any credit card fees that the business may have accrued. Cancellations made within 13 - 7 days will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 7 days -24 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made same day or no show will incur a 100% fee
