Rest & Restore Winter is an invitation to root, rest, and restore. At the darkest threshold of the year, you are invited to attune to the Element of Earth, the Root Chakra, and the energy of the North, returning to the wisdom of your physical body, your foundations, and the quiet stillness found within. This experiential and intentional Seasonal Ceremony creates space to step away from the pressure to continually produce and instead honor the natural rhythm of rest. Together, we’ll slow down, turn inward, deepen our roots, reflect upon what truly sustains us, and create fertile space for restoration, self-discovery, and the cycle yet to come. You’ll be supported through a multi-sensory seasonal tea ceremony, an Elemental Vibrational Attunement with Elemental Tuning Forks, seasonal ritual and embodiment practices, and an immersive meditative harmonic sound journey with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls infused with gemstones and precious metals, along with other vibrational instruments chosen to complement the energy of Winter. You’ll also receive a Seasonal Soul Alignment Gift and the Mama Fish Winter E-Guidebook, filled with contemplations, rituals, and embodiment practices to help you nurture your roots, care for your physical body, and cultivate greater restoration and connection throughout the Winter months. Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our instructing artists, we have certain limitations on refunds that are based on how much advance notice we receive. Please review our policy below. Please note that our Artists are independent contractors and may have a varied policy in place. A deposit for your attendance may be requested at the time of your booking. If a deposit is not requested, one will be asked of you by facilitator after booking. 1. Due to limited space we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled YOGA/BREATHWORK class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The facilitator has the only right to be flexible here. 2. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of an EVENT/WORKSHOP date, will receive a 100% refund ( - ) any credit card fees that the business may have accrued. Cancellations made within 13 - 7 days will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 7 days -24 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made same day or no show will incur a 100% fee
