Energy work encompasses a wide range of techniques and practices. It is rooted in the principle that body is bioenergetic and seeks to maintain balance. Energy healing, or energy work, seeks to restore, promote, and maintain health and wellness to all those elements by influencing and supporting the body's bioenergies.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our instructing artists, we have certain limitations on refunds that are based on how much advance notice we receive. Please review our policy below. Please note that our Artists are independent contractors and may have a varied policy in place. A deposit for your attendance may be requested at the time of your booking. 1. Due to limited space we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled YOGA/BREATHWORK class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The facilitator has the only right to be flexible here. 2. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of an EVENT/WORKSHOP date, will receive a 100% refund ( - ) any credit card fees that the business may have accrued . Cancellations made within 13 - 7 days will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 7 days -24 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made same day or no show will incur a 100% fee
