This Shadow Work Workshop is a guided, reflective experience designed to help you explore the parts of yourself that are often ignored, suppressed, or misunderstood. Through self-reflection, shamanic journeys, and journaling, you’ll learn how to identify your “shadow” aspects—such as limiting beliefs, emotional triggers, and unconscious patterns—and learn to meet them with compassion and awareness. Rather than trying to “fix” or eliminate these parts, shadow work teaches you how to understand their origins and transform them into sources of insight, strength, and authenticity. This workshop offers a safe, supportive space to deepen self-awareness, release emotional blocks, and reconnect with your whole self. In this workshop, you can expect: -Guided shadow journeys to uncover subconscious patterns, triggers, and emotional blocks -Energetic practices to move stored emotions out of the body -Reflection and journaling to deepen self-awareness and clarity -Integration practices so you can continue your inner work

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our instructing artists, we have certain limitations on refunds that are based on how much advance notice we receive. Please review our policy below. Please note that our Artists are independent contractors and may have a varied policy in place. A deposit for your attendance may be requested at the time of your booking. If a deposit is not requested, one will be asked of you by facilitator after booking. 1. Due to limited space we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled YOGA/BREATHWORK class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The facilitator has the only right to be flexible here. 2. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of an EVENT/WORKSHOP date, will receive a 100% refund ( - ) any credit card fees that the business may have accrued. Cancellations made within 13 - 7 days will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 7 days -24 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made same day or no show will incur a 100% fee
