January Theme — Release & Reorientation For Beginners to Experienced Practitioners January’s meditation is for you if: • You’re carrying mental or emotional residue from the past year—stress, rumination, or unresolved inner tension affecting how you move forward • You want space to let go with clarity and perspective • You want guided support to visualize the version of yourself you’re growing into What to expect: • Grounding breathwork to bring the nervous system into a calm, receptive state • Steady rhythmic sound to support a meditative, trance-based journey • Guided imagery to explore inner patterns and possibilities • Time to return, rest, and integrate what arises This monthly experience is guided by Dean, who brings over 10 years of experience working with meditation and shamanic-inspired practices to support reflection and emotional clarity. The approach is intentionally paced and grounded. Participants are gently guided into and out of the experience, with time at the end to fully reorient and integrate.

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our instructing artists, we have certain limitations on refunds that are based on how much advance notice we receive. Please review our policy below. Please note that our Artists are independent contractors and may have a varied policy in place. A deposit for your attendance may be requested at the time of your booking. If a deposit is not requested, one will be asked of you by facilitator after booking. 1. Due to limited space we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled YOGA/BREATHWORK class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The facilitator has the only right to be flexible here. 2. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of an EVENT/WORKSHOP date, will receive a 100% refund ( - ) any credit card fees that the business may have accrued. Cancellations made within 13 - 7 days will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 7 days -24 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made same day or no show will incur a 100% fee
