The Harvest & Release Autumn is an invitation to harvest, honor, and let go. As the natural world begins her descent inward, you are invited to attune to the Element of Water, the Sacral Chakra, and the energy of the West, honoring the natural rhythms of emotion, reflection, release, and change. This experiential and intentional Seasonal Ceremony creates space to slow down and reflect upon all that has grown within your life throughout the year. Together, we’ll honor the abundance you have cultivated, gather the wisdom from your experiences, celebrate what has come to fruition, and lovingly release what has completed its season. You’ll be supported through a multi-sensory seasonal tea ceremony, an Elemental Vibrational Attunement with Elemental Tuning Forks, seasonal ritual and embodiment practices, and an immersive meditative harmonic sound journey with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls infused with gemstones and precious metals, along with other vibrational instruments chosen to complement the energy of Autumn. You’ll also receive a Seasonal Soul Alignment Gift and the Mama Fish Autumn E-Guidebook, filled with contemplations, rituals, and embodiment practices to help you honor your harvest, nurture your emotional landscape, and move with greater ease through the changing rhythms of the season. Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our instructing artists, we have certain limitations on refunds that are based on how much advance notice we receive. Please review our policy below. Please note that our Artists are independent contractors and may have a varied policy in place. A deposit for your attendance may be requested at the time of your booking. If a deposit is not requested, one will be asked of you by facilitator after booking. 1. Due to limited space we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled YOGA/BREATHWORK class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The facilitator has the only right to be flexible here. 2. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of an EVENT/WORKSHOP date, will receive a 100% refund ( - ) any credit card fees that the business may have accrued. Cancellations made within 13 - 7 days will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 7 days -24 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made same day or no show will incur a 100% fee
