Meet Tiffanie
My name is Tiffanie, I am a certified holistic health coach specializing in autoimmunity, gut-brain axis support, and hormone balance. My journey into holistic healing began with my own struggles—years of battling autoimmune diseases. I am also an intuitive healer and Shamanic Reiki Practitioner After facing relentless medical gaslighting and ineffective conventional treatments, I turned to root-cause healing. By addressing the gut-brain connection, regulating my nervous system, and releasing trapped emotions and ancestral trauma, I was able to reclaim my health. Now, I am passionate about helping others do the same. As a certified Emotion Code practitioner, medical intuitive, Usui Reiki healer, herbalist, and sound healer, I take a multifaceted approach to healing. Through my business, Peninsula Holistic Wellness, I offer modalities such as trapped emotion release therapy, Reiki, sound healing, breathwork, and functional nutrition coaching to support deep, lasting transformation. My Soul Star Sessions combine energy work, spirit guide connection, and guided meditation to help clients break free from emotional and energetic blockages. I also teach herbal wellness make-and-take classes, breathwork & sound baths, and holistic wellness workshops to empower others in their healing journey. In addition to my wellness practice, I formulate Rooted Revival, a handcrafted herbal product line designed to support the body naturally. From hormone-balancing Wild Yam Serum to nervous system-supporting Blossom Within Tea, each blend is created with deep plant wisdom and healing intention. I also host Intentionally Rooted in Healing, a podcast dedicated to exploring the trauma-autoimmune connection, plant medicine, nervous system healing, and holistic wellness. Through solo episodes and guest interviews, I share tools, insights, and real conversations to help others navigate their own healing paths. My mission is to help others break free from chronic illness, reclaim their health, and step into their most vibrant, empowered selves.
