I have always shared a deep and intuitive connection with nature. My journey has included fighting for animal rights as a teenage advocate, protecting the planet as an environmental attorney and creating no dig flower, vegetable and wildlife gardens in multiple countries. Not surprisingly, my love of nature paved my pschedelic road to spirituality and, eventually, my lightened path to sound healing. I am now the founder of Lightened and a fully-qualified, LEVEL II Sound Healer, accredited by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA). I trained over two years in England with Holly Husler, one of the UK's leading crystal bowl sound healing trainers. After 20 years of living abroad, I have recently returned to the US and settled in Gig Harbor, Washington, where I am thrilled to be offering sound journeys in the beautiful gather space at A Touch of Meraki. My intensive training unveiled not only the science behind this deeply meditative modality, but the magic too: the bowls are nature! I play a variety of Crystal Tones alchemy bowls, which are 99.99% pure quartz crystal. They are intuitive, living beings and powerful tools for transformation and healing. With each sound journey, it is my heart-felt intention to create a safe and sacred space, incorporating seasonal elements and rituals, to help you find deep relaxation, reconnect with the natural world and your own true nature, and light your path towards balance, harmony and peace.
