After earning her Arts degree from the University of Wyoming, Genna found herself searching for steadiness amidst rising anxiety and stress. Then after a dear friend invited her to try yoga and it opened the door to a new way of living. Fifteen years later, her practice has carried her through many homes across the western U.S and into the joys and thresholds of being a mother, step-mother, and wife. She finds nourishment in cooking, reading, weaving, wandering outside exploring nature, studying astrology, and exploring the mysteries that shape our universe. Above all, Genna loves connecting with others and creating spaces where curiosity, healing, and genuine presence can flourish. What began in her early twenties as a search for healing eventually led her into a decade of immersive study—first through the body, and later through the stars, ceremony, community and a deep connection to the rhythms of nature. Before stepping fully into astrology and ritual leadership, Genna spent 15 years studying Forrest Yoga, a practice that profoundly reshaped her relationship with healing and personal truth. She trained directly under Ana Forrest, the creatrix of the lineage, and worked closely with senior teachers who helped her understand the body as a gateway to emotional and spiritual clarity as well as cultivating a craft of ritual and ceremony. This foundation still informs all of her offerings today: the emphasis on breath, presence, honesty, and deep listening is woven into every circle she leads and every chart she reads. ​ As her path evolved, Genna felt increasingly drawn to the symbolic language of astrology. She has accumulated hundreds of hours of study with renowned astrologer Adam Elenbaas, deepening her understanding of ancient Hellenistic techniques and the ways planetary cycles illuminate our inner landscapes. Her readings blend rigorous technical skill with intuitive sensitivity, helping others see their lives through the lens of cosmic timing and personal mythology. ​ Her ceremonies and nature-based rituals honor the thresholds we cross—big and small—while her women’s circles offer a place of belonging, remembrance, and shared wisdom. Genna is passionate about crafting sacred spaces that feel grounded, nourishing, and alive with intention. Now living on the Key Peninsula in Washington, Genna brings a steady, heart-centered presence to her work. Whether she is interpreting a birth chart, crafting an altar, or facilitating a room of women gathered in circle, she cultivates environments where people feel held, connected, and empowered to reclaim their own inner knowing and sacred magic.
