I was born on March 29th, 2002 at 8:30am (on a full moon- Im an aries sun, libra moon, and gemini rising) Sophie is a Gig Harbor born Yoga Instructor based in Santa Barbara California. She completed her 200hr in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga on Koh Phangan, Thailand with an additonal 50hrs in Yin yoga. She has recently completed an advanced 300hr training in Chiang Mai that included a focuses on chakra's, trauma informed yoga, and tantra. As a traveler, artist, and chef, she is advocate for getting outside, dancing wildly, creating freely, hugging tightly, and sharing good meals. She is passionate about creating a space that invites deeper connection, self inquiry, curiosity, and healing.
