Service Description
Opening & Grounding (10–15 min) ● Welcome everyone, light check-in (name, one word for how they feel). ● Pull runes or cards while waiting for everyone to show up. ● Set intentions for the session (individually or as a group). The focus will be different each time and will take into account the moon energies per what house and signs it is going through that month for the group then individual intentions. ● Short breathwork or grounding visualization (e.g., roots into the Earth, connecting to Source) 2. Guided Shamanic Meditation (25–30 min) ● Theme: The focus will be different each time and will take into account the moon energies per what house and signs it is going through that month. ● Structure: - Relaxation of body (progressive scan from head to toe). - Breath awareness and energy visualization. - Guided journey (forest, ocean, light temple, etc.) tied to Reiki principles. - Time for silence/integration at the end. 3. Closing Circle (10 min) ● Group reflection: “One thing I’m taking with me today.” ● Gratitude offering (hands to heart, bow, or intention spoken aloud). ● Seal the circle with breath, light visualization, or collective affirmation.

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our instructing artists, we have certain limitations on refunds that are based on how much advance notice we receive. Please review our policy below. Please note that our Artists are independent contractors and may have a varied policy in place. A deposit for your attendance may be requested at the time of your booking. If a deposit is not requested, one will be asked of you by facilitator after booking. 1. Due to limited space we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled YOGA/BREATHWORK class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The facilitator has the only right to be flexible here. 2. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of an EVENT/WORKSHOP date, will receive a 100% refund ( - ) any credit card fees that the business may have accrued. Cancellations made within 13 - 7 days will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 7 days -24 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made same day or no show will incur a 100% fee
