This restorative sound bath is a meditative experience that uses soothing tones from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to create a journey of peace for your mind, body, and soul. As the vibrations wash over you, stress dissolves, tension releases, and a sense of calm takes its place. Perfect for those seeking balance, renewal, or a moment of peace, this immersive practice is open to everyone, regardless of experience. Whether you are a seasoned meditator or completely new to sound healing, this class offers a nurturing space for rest. Come as you are with an open heart and wear comfortable clothing. We provide mats and blankets, but please feel free to bring any items that help you feel extra cozy lying down for 60 minutes, such as an extra pillow, an eye mask, or your favorite blanket. ✨ Booking Note: After checkout, please check your email for a booking link to finalize payment and confirm your reservation through Arketa.

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our instructing artists, we have certain limitations on refunds that are based on how much advance notice we receive. Please review our policy below. Please note that our Artists are independent contractors and may have a varied policy in place. A deposit for your attendance may be requested at the time of your booking. If a deposit is not requested, one will be asked of you by facilitator after booking. 1. Due to limited space we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled YOGA/BREATHWORK class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The facilitator has the only right to be flexible here. 2. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of an EVENT/WORKSHOP date, will receive a 100% refund ( - ) any credit card fees that the business may have accrued. Cancellations made within 13 - 7 days will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 7 days -24 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made same day or no show will incur a 100% fee
