Experience profound release, healing, and a renewed sense of emotional balance. In this Journey we will be working with the WATER ELEMENT and participating in Salt Bowl a Water Blessing Ceremony. WATER ELEMENT Also remember that our WATER BODY listens to and takes in, whatever you voice aloud. When authentic feelings are spoken and expressed, the WATER BODY becomes more luminous with the acknowledgment of truth. When genuine feelings are covered and when self-judgment or the demand to fit into externally imposed conditions is extreme, the water in our body becomes dull and stagnant which causes it to lose its ability to conduct the informational flow of light energy. In these places of stagnation the energy become stuck and dense and ‘symptoms’ can occur. SALT BOWL ceremonies are sacred and magical exchanges between earth and spirit and allow us to open to our deepest desires and make space for the universe to manifest on our behalf. The salt bowl ceremony can be individual but pairs or groups are wonderful too. THE CEREMONY A salt bowl ceremony is a single or group activity utilizing salts, oils, flowers, and herbs, along with the loving intention of the self/group, to create a healing salt mixture. During the ceremony, we hold space for ourselves and each other, for the greatest good of all. We smudge to clear the energy of the space and each other with sage or palo santo. We ground the shared space, centering our energy. With an open heart, we consider our intentions of the moment and anything that we want to call into our lives. The bowl is filled with a variety of healing salts. You or each person in the group takes a turn adding the oils and or herbs of their choosing while sharing their current intentions and anything they want to call in or manifest while they stir the ingredients and anything they want to call in or manifest while they stir the ingredients together. The ceremony brings us together while also honoring each individual in the group.
