At A Touch of Meraki, she facilitates gatherings including Shamanic Reiki Sound Journeys, Sacred Crafting Circles, and seasonal ceremonies, as well as offering one-on-one healing sessions each Monday and one Saturday a month. Brooke’s gift is weaving beauty, ritual, and energy medicine to support both individual and collective transformation. Heidi – Founder of Restorative Excavation Wellness Heidi is a Ritual Breathwork Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, and retreat & workshop facilitator. Through her work with Restorative Excavation Wellness, she guides others into the wisdom of the body, helping to release stored patterns and access deeper states of healing. Heidi’s presence brings profound safety and empowerment to the process of letting go, allowing participants to reconnect with themselves through breath, ritual, and community.
