A 90-minute sound healing journey to relax the body, calm the mind, access the subconscious and activate the body's innate healing wisdom. With an ever-increasing number of people suffering from loneliness and laboring under the illusion of separateness, this deeply meditative sound bath also offers a pathway to a profound sense of unity, oneness, and connection with all things. Allow the bowls to guide you home to balance, harmony and peace. The session will begin with a gentle opening to allow your body to arrive and settle. You will then be invited to set an intention for your journey. Next, you will lie down, making yourself as comfortable and as cozy as possible, in preparation for a palo santo cleanse and a guided meditation. Following that, you will be bathed in the pure crystalline sounds of my Crystal Tones alchemy singing bowls, as you are held in this loving and safe space. Then there will be a period of stillness and silence, to allow the body to fully integrate the vibrational frequencies you've experienced. The journey will finish with a soft welcome back and a grounding practice. There will be time for any questions or shares at the end. This event is open to all and no prior sound healing experience is required. Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive five minutes before the start time. Blankets, bolsters and mats will be provided. Please bring pillows, an eye mask or anything else you may need to be completely comfortable while you journey. This event is not suitable for the following contraindications: epilepsy, first-trimester pregnancies, pacemakers and severe mental health issues. Those with metal plates in the body should be cautious, as the vibrations may cause discomfort.

As a courtesy to our instructing artists, we have certain limitations on refunds that are based on how much advance notice we receive. Please review our policy below. Please note that our Artists are independent contractors and may have a varied policy in place. A deposit for your attendance may be requested at the time of your booking. If a deposit is not requested, one will be asked of you by facilitator after booking. 1. Due to limited space we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled YOGA/BREATHWORK class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The facilitator has the only right to be flexible here. 2. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of an EVENT/WORKSHOP date, will receive a 100% refund ( - ) any credit card fees that the business may have accrued. Cancellations made within 13 - 7 days will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 7 days -24 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made same day or no show will incur a 100% fee
