A lunar eclipse marks a moment of pause — a time inviting release, recalibration, and rest. As we move through an especially active astrological season, many are feeling heightened emotion, fatigue, or overwhelm. This candlelit restorative gathering offers a quiet space to slow down and root, rather than push forward or seek clarity too quickly. This softly lit ceremonial evening centers rest as medicine and stillness as support. Through gentle astrological context, supportive restorative yoga, and spacious stillness, you’ll be invited to settle your nervous system and soften into the turning cycle. There is nothing to fix. Nothing to perform. Nothing to accomplish. Only a place to land to breathe, receive, and be held as you soften. You can expect: grounding astrological guidance candlelit restorative yoga with props deep rest and nervous-system regulation quiet integration and optional journaling Especially supportive for those experiencing burnout, transition, or overwhelm and longing for grounding rather than activation. Come in comfortable clothing. All props provided but you are welcome to bring anything that helps you feel supported.

As a courtesy to our instructing artists, we have certain limitations on refunds that are based on how much advance notice we receive. Please review our policy below. Please note that our Artists are independent contractors and may have a varied policy in place. A deposit for your attendance may be requested at the time of your booking. If a deposit is not requested, one will be asked of you by facilitator after booking. 1. Due to limited space we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled YOGA/BREATHWORK class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The facilitator has the only right to be flexible here. 2. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of an EVENT/WORKSHOP date, will receive a 100% refund ( - ) any credit card fees that the business may have accrued. Cancellations made within 13 - 7 days will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 7 days -24 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made same day or no show will incur a 100% fee
