Learn practical skills you can use to summon presence and resilience under stress. In today's world, being alarmed by the stream of intense news and events is a rational response. There is so much going on, and it matters. But constant hyper-arousal isn't sustainable. It leads to burnout and affects our health, relationships, work, and well-being. We urgently need ways to steady and resource ourselves without sacrificing our ability to respond effectively to the complex issues we face. About This Event: Join us for this practical session where we will move beyond theory and explore skills you can use immediately. We will focus on: ● Managing your experience: How to work with your nervous system in real time — so you can access calm and steadiness when you need it most, instead of being swept away. ● Touchstone Practices: A collection of integrated practices that take 5-10 seconds to do, so you can summon a more grounded, more resilient "self" under stress when you need it. ● Resourcing Yourself: A guided somatic practice that connects you to the resilience and strength you've already built over the years —giving you access to more resilience and confidence at will, when things get hard. These skills are exceptionally powerful and developed over years of practice and study with some of the best teachers in the world in somatic psychology, mindful movement, group dynamics, and meditation. This experiential webinar is free of charge and presented live as a service to those who need it in these challenging times.

As a courtesy to our instructing artists, we have certain limitations on refunds that are based on how much advance notice we receive. Please review our policy below. Please note that our Artists are independent contractors and may have a varied policy in place. A deposit for your attendance may be requested at the time of your booking. If a deposit is not requested, one will be asked of you by facilitator after booking. 1. Due to limited space we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled YOGA/BREATHWORK class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The facilitator has the only right to be flexible here. 2. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of an EVENT/WORKSHOP date, will receive a 100% refund ( - ) any credit card fees that the business may have accrued. Cancellations made within 13 - 7 days will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 7 days -24 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made same day or no show will incur a 100% fee
