Here’s a polished website version: Meet Karie Koltz The Pivot Coach For more than 30 years, Karie Koltz has worked one-on-one with women as a hairstylist, sharing in the conversations that often happen when women are given a place to sit, exhale, and simply be themselves. Over the years, she has listened to stories of relationships, motherhood, careers, identity, uncertainty, celebration, and change, while also navigating many of those same seasons in her own life. Karie knows firsthand that a woman's life rarely follows a straight line. She has built a business, become a wife and mother, raised teenagers, navigated changing priorities, and reinvented her career along the way. One of her most significant pivots came in 2020, when she moved her salon business into her home so she could be more present for her family while continuing the work she loved. Through that experience, Karie came to understand something that now sits at the heart of her work: A pivot doesn't mean starting over. It means using everything you've learned to create what comes next. That realization eventually led Karie into coaching and to becoming The Pivot Coach. Today, she supports women navigating career changes, life transitions, reinvention, and those in-between seasons when you know something needs to change but aren't quite sure what comes next. Women spend so much of their lives building, tending, nurturing, leading, caring, and adapting. Somewhere along the way, joy can become something we promise ourselves we'll return to later. This circle offers a different invitation. What if joy isn't something we earn after everything else is handled? What if joy, vitality, curiosity, and what lights us up can actually help illuminate what comes next? That question makes June an especially meaningful intersection of Brooke and Karie's work.
