Holly is the founder of Love & Flow Healing. She is a Usui Holy Fire lll Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, Shamanic Reiki Master Practioner, Intuitive Healer, Craniosacral Therapist, Shadow Work Facilitator, and Student of Shamanic Practices. It wasn't until during a deeply transformative time in her life, when she was pregnant with her daughter, that Reiki entered her world. It shifted her perspective, guiding her toward a deeper understanding of energy and spiritual self-care. Holly’s mission is to teach individuals about the magic within themselves through energy work. Reiki offers a gentle yet powerful approach to healing, helping to balance the energies of your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. It is, truly, the greatest form of self-care you can give yourself. Although her sessions are rooted in Reiki, many other elements are integrated depending on the client. This means every experience is unique, designed specifically to meet your individual needs. Holly creates a loving, safe space where you can experience profound healing, clarity, and self-love.
