Sacred Sisterhood Circle – February 2026 Theme: Heart of Connection Date & Time: Saturday, February 7th, 2026 | 3:00–6:00 PM Facilitators: Brooke + Shauna Exchange: $111 As the light begins to return, February invites us to open our hearts more fully — to ourselves, to others, and to the sacred bonds that nourish us. This Sacred Sisterhood Circle centers on cultivating self-love, deepening connection, and softening into the warmth of being seen and held in community. A month devoted to compassion, forgiveness, and heart-centered presence. Together, we explore connection through breath, eye contact, ritual, and authentic sharing. Ritual / Activities: Sacred cacao ceremony • Guided eye gazing practice • Create-your-own heart-healing milk bath blend What to Expect Opening Circle: What Does It Mean to Hold Space We always begin by grounding into the foundation of Sacred Sisterhood: What it means to hold space How to ask for the kind of space you need Examples of emotional, energetic, and physical space Creating safety, consent, and respect within the circle This shared understanding allows everyone to feel supported, honored, and seen throughout the gathering. -Heart-Opening Cacao Ritual A ceremonial cacao experience to awaken the heart, set intentions, and invite softness and presence. -Guided Eye Gazing Practice A gentle, partner-based connection ritual to deepen awareness, cultivate trust, and experience the power of being truly seen. - Create Your Own Milk Bath Blend Craft a personalized self-love soak with nourishing ingredients, herbs, and intention to continue your heart-healing ritual at home. -Sacred Sharing & Reflection A supportive circle for authentic expression, listening, and honoring the wisdom that emerges through connection. 🌿 Each participant will receive a themed ritual kit to continue the practice beyond circle. Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our instructing artists, we have certain limitations on refunds that are based on how much advance notice we receive. Please review our policy below. Please note that our Artists are independent contractors and may have a varied policy in place. A deposit for your attendance may be requested at the time of your booking. If a deposit is not requested, one will be asked of you by facilitator after booking. 1. Due to limited space we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled YOGA/BREATHWORK class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The facilitator has the only right to be flexible here. 2. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of an EVENT/WORKSHOP date, will receive a 100% refund ( - ) any credit card fees that the business may have accrued. Cancellations made within 13 - 7 days will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 7 days -24 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made same day or no show will incur a 100% fee
