Service Description

Join and connect with other women in this monthly 2-hour Soul and Sound Circle as we focus on connection, healing, intention setting, journaling and lots of sharing. Each month we will focus on and learn about a different energy center (Chakra) in the body and the correlation it has to how we show up in the world. Come as you are. No prior knowledge or experience with Circle, Sound or energy healing necessary. We will deep dive using guided visualization, journaling and group sharing to lay the foundation for releasing outdated energy patterns and belief systems, then receive sound healing support (Crystal Singing Bowl, Solfeggio Tuning Fork) for that Chakra center. Some breath work and group vocal toning for the lower body energy centers will be used. When women come together in circle, soul magic happens! CAUTION: Due to the intensity of vibration produced by sound healing instruments, this is not suitable for Pregnant Women and anyone with metal embedded into their body, either through cosmetic or surgical implant.
