Are you moving in the right direction (with the wind/against the wind)?  Should you “set sail” in a new or different direction? This relaxing holistic experience will bring your whole body, mind and spirit into deep relaxation, coherence and balance, attuning you back into alignment with your authentic self. You will be guided into a comfortable receptive position while soaking up the soothing frequencies of the Crystal Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, Koshi Chimes, Crystal Harp, Crystal Pyramid, Drums, Ratels, Binaural Beats, Reiki Energy, and so much more! Each Journey will be a unique experience full of surprises so you won't want to miss out on a single one. In this Journey we will be working with the AIR ELEMENT. AIR ELEMENT The Element of Air is an excellent representation of spiritual faith. Air reminds us that there is much more to this world than what we can see , and also teaches that we must grow and change as the world does likewise. The Element of Air is a powerful teacher and divination tool. The Air Element corresponds to the Eastern part of creation. It symbolizes a vast network of vital breath, from the winds that brought the Universe into being to the first cry of a newborn baby or first breath of life (Om). Where Earth is “fixed” air is most definitely a mover. It’s also connected to the mind, wisdom, spirits and the soul. Associated with the HEART CHAKRA, this Journey's an excellent time build a connection with our wounded inner child. Some of us may not even realize that we have an inner child let alone a wounded one. And most of us do not realize or recognize that our wounded inner child just might be the one that is running the show in our adult life. Pretty crazy right? NO, this work can not be done in one simple step or in a 3 hour sound journey but it is a huge step in the direction of healing and rebuilding a very important part of your well being, your joy.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our instructing artists, we have certain limitations on refunds that are based on how much advance notice we receive. Please review our policy below. Please note that our Artists are independent contractors and may have a varied policy in place. A deposit for your attendance may be requested at the time of your booking. 1. Due to limited space we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled YOGA/BREATHWORK class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The facilitator has the only right to be flexible here. 2. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of an EVENT/WORKSHOP date, will receive a 100% refund ( - ) any credit card fees that the business may have accrued . Cancellations made within 13 - 7 days will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 7 days -24 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made same day or no show will incur a 100% fee
