By the end of this 3-hour interactive workshop, you will have a basic understanding and direct experience with: + Your body’s interrelated energy systems, (i.e. chakras, meridians, aura) and how to influence these systems to generate self-healing and greater vitality + Clearing, grounding, and balancing your energies. + Energy testing to check your body’s responses to food, supplements, personal items, environmental conditions, and even energy exercises. + Practical energy methods to reduce pain, overcome illness, counter the effects of stress, maintain health, build resilience, and experience greater vitality.
