As the season shifts from the airy lightness of spring to the vibrant fire of summer, we enter a time of transformation, vitality & deeper connection with the self. In honor of the approaching Summer Solstice, Erica Coe & Amber Sassenfeld invite you to join us for an intentional afternoon rooted in nature, healing & sacred creation. Supported by the Aquarius moon, we’ll begin with a water ceremony to cleanse away the old and set new intentions. Embracing earth, fire and air, you’ll be guided to create your own smoke cleansing wands using a variety of healing herbs. We’ll end by connecting with the grounding power of hemp & functional mushrooms. This gathering is a space to slow down, tune in & realign. As we create our smoke-clearing bundles — traditionally used for energetic purification & ceremony — we invite you to set meaningful intentions, embrace the energy of the season & nourish your body, mind & spirit. Let this be your moment to come home to yourself, deepen your connection with nature & awaken your inner fire for the season ahead. What to Bring - Optional: -Herb or evergreen branches, 6-8 inches long -Scissors or pruners -Snacks to share
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our instructing artists, we have certain limitations on refunds that are based on how much advance notice we receive. Please review our policy below. Please note that our Artists are independent contractors and may have a varied policy in place. A deposit for your attendance may be requested at the time of your booking. If a deposit is not requested, one will be asked of you by facilitator after booking. 1. Due to limited space we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled YOGA/BREATHWORK class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The facilitator has the only right to be flexible here. 2. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of an EVENT/WORKSHOP date, will receive a 100% refund ( - ) any credit card fees that the business may have accrued. Cancellations made within 13 - 7 days will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 7 days -24 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made same day or no show will incur a 100% fee
