Service Description

Detox your body from the inevitable overload of holiday food and drinks through movements including: -all five motions of the spine, -balance postures, -and an emphasis on twists. Following movement, we will incorporate: -guided breathing, -meditation, -and sound through crystal singing bowls to soothe and ground your nervous system preparing you to move with confidence through the New Year.
