The tide has only just gone out. What remains is new ground — softer and open in some places, unfamiliar and unsteady in others. This evening marks the quiet closing of eclipse season — a threshold between what has been revealed and what is ready to root. It is about settling there. Supported restorative shapes to unwind what’s been bracing. Then a slow descent into Yoga Nidra to listen for what feels ready — not to rebuild, but to root. No urgency. No performance. Just tending the soil as it is now. You’re invited to gather in community, in soft light. All props are provided. Journal prompts will be sent afterward. Simply come in comfortable clothing and with a willingness to soften.

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our instructing artists, we have certain limitations on refunds that are based on how much advance notice we receive. Please review our policy below. Please note that our Artists are independent contractors and may have a varied policy in place. A deposit for your attendance may be requested at the time of your booking. If a deposit is not requested, one will be asked of you by facilitator after booking. 1. Due to limited space we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled YOGA/BREATHWORK class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class. The facilitator has the only right to be flexible here. 2. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of an EVENT/WORKSHOP date, will receive a 100% refund ( - ) any credit card fees that the business may have accrued. Cancellations made within 13 - 7 days will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 7 days -24 hours to the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made same day or no show will incur a 100% fee
