Annmarie Huppert is not only author of PTSD Self Help: Transforming Survival into a Life Worth Living (2014: Friesen Press), but also an equine gestaltist and life cycle coach of more than 20 years. She is founder of Life Navigation, LLC an equine gestalt coaching firm and the Momtra™ Soul Retrieval & Leadership program – an experiential learning retreat designed to empower visionaries and entrepreneurs with a holistic approach to developing sustainable, social purpose and non-profit organizations.
Serving as interim leadership, coach and motivational teacher, Annmarie has helped thousands navigate the twists and turns inherent of a life of purpose. Her equine partner, Indie, joins her in offering a fresh experience of reengagement with one’s sense of purpose and vocational passion. Annmarie currently practices as an equine gestaltist, advisor and consultant serving entrepreneurs and visionary leaders in the United States and Canada. She holds a B.A. in Psychology/Public Policy, is an ordained minister and a certified practitioner of the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method® developed by Melisa Pearce. Annmarie loves yoga, nature, meditating near water, and her three grandchildren. Annmarie lives on the Salish Sea in beautiful Gig Harbor, Washington with her horse and pug, Gladis.
